He ran projects for a number of the top 10 contracting firms worldwide, then built his own contracting business until it was booked five years ahead and people were asking to cut the line. He has done every part of a project with his own hands, from interior design to structural framing. He walks a house the way a buyer and an inspector will.
Deylan and Rashaun built an agency that grew by getting results for home service companies. Deylan led sales and growth. Rashaun built the systems behind it: automation, AI agents, voice AI and tools that learn. Between us, we know this industry from the job site and from the office.
