What we take off your list
One team for the small and medium jobs a household runs into every month, so you are not booking a different vendor for each one.

What should I send for the first request?
The property city, the list in priority order with close-up and wider photos, the date it needs to be done, access arrangements and who approves the price. A photo of a handwritten list is fine.
