Clean first, then repair
Many leaks are full gutters overflowing, not broken gutters. If the gutters are full, we clean them first (from $120), flush the downspouts and then see what actually needs repair. Minor re-securing and resealing are included in the cleaning. Bigger repairs are quoted separately after we see them.

Closed out for final inspection
A restaurant remodeler from out of the area needed one last item closed before final inspection: a downspout draining into the trash enclosure. Their project manager found us on Google. We got on the roof and rerouted it to drain outside the enclosure.
