Smart locks
Most smart locks replace a standard deadbolt. Some need a different backset, a thicker or thinner door, or more room inside. Send the model, a photo of the door edge and your current deadbolt, and we confirm it fits before the visit.
Between tenants
Lock and hardware swaps are a common turnover item. Property managers can put them on the same list as the rest of the turnover, with one invoice per property.

Do you install smart locks?
Yes. We install smart locks and keypad deadbolts you have bought. Send the model first so we can check it fits your door.
Why will my door not lock?
Usually the strike plate or the door itself has moved, not the lock. We check the alignment first and fix the cause, so the new or existing lock works without forcing it.
Should I buy the lock first?
You can, but send us the product link before you buy. Confirming the door thickness and the existing holes first helps avoid a lock that does not fit.
Can you do several doors at once?
Yes. Matching locks on several doors, or a full set of hardware for a rental, can go on one request with one price.
